I have been asked to put together a class of Meditation on the Universal Law's. So I am preparing for this event. I have been a student of the Mystical Nature of God, actually all of my life. As are all of us here on Earth. Some of us actually know that we are students in this passage of time; others are not quite sure of any affiliation with the divine. Most people operate within the realm of God's law/love all the time. These are those people who attend their places of worship and follow all the man made rules that have been handed down from generation to generation. Many of these people excel in the art of meditation; they use the vehicle of prayer to reach their inner most thoughts. Outwardly they are good citizens of their selected country. They have an inner light to do good and to help all people, they also have an inner light that shines so bright; that they can attract many good people to themselves. This is a universal law: Light attracts Light. People who do good all the time attract good to them.
There are many people on earth that do not believe in a structural environment, and are not involved in a church or temple, or a structured religion; and yet these people also are doing good and receiving good all the time. They also use the universal truth of Like attracts Like. What you project outwardly you receive, back to yourself. This is also called the Law of Karma.
Do you meditate? Have you ever tried? Tell me about your experiences.
ReplyDeleteI have been getting more & more questions on how to meditate. Here is how I do it: I lie down on my bed and I focus my thoughts to the center of my forehead (3rd eye)...I say a silent prayer, focus on my breathing. Breath in, breath out. Whatever thoughts come into my mind I just let them, focusing my inner vision to the 3rd eye region. In my case I begin to see a light, it is usually purple and pulsating. I further relax directing this light to my heart chakra, then out of my crown into the Universe and redirecting it back to me, I see it flooding my body with white healing light, totally engulfing me and relaxing me from the tip of my toes, traveling through my body back to my heart. By this time I'm usually relaxed and whatever thoughts flow to me, I view. Sometimes pictures float pass my vision; almost like looking at a television screen. Most of the time I just view it, and not try to decipher its meaning. Sometimes nothing happens; but when I open my eyes, I feel calm and relaxed. Try saying a mantra...ie: love, love, love or peace, peace, peace. Do what you feel is your thing. Meditation is for the relaxation of the physical body...in time you will just see nothing....but whatever happens will be what you are in control of. Namaste.

Love Notes #1 Divine Love
ReplyDeleteby Roseann Procopio on Friday, June 3, 2011 at 11:52am
The highest vibration of Love is Divine Love. You reach this stage in prayer and thanksgiving to Our Creator, God the Father. It is easy to do, and many people are at this stage always. The littlest thought of a kind smile, word, acknowledgement of the beauty that surrounds you in your everyday environment puts you on the divine love pathway.
When we operate on this vibration, our day passes by quickly. Chores become easily accomplished. You feel Joy, Happiness, Oneness with the world around you. I know someone will say...how can this be so...I travel to work, in traffic, on a bus, train, walk thru the underground passages of the subway. How can I feel this divinity, when all I do is buck this traffic, etc? It is very simple...put your inner thoughts into action. Find that inner part of your heart and connect...by a thankful thought...ie thank you for the people, Lord. Thank you for the opportunity to share this space with so many millions....thank you for the baby that is "crying" for it shows us that there is "new" life....
Divine Love is the Love for all that is..it encompasses the world....it heals the world. Try these simple thoughts and in the hardest of days, when you feel like a slug on the face of the world! Remember to send LOVE....giving THANKS for all creation, and with the knowledge that this too shall pass.
Love Notes #2

Somehow I typed #3 before the sequential #2...so I am backtracking. So much like our anxiety in this world to move up the Ladder of success without the proper training. Most of society wants to be the king of the hill without learning how to climb the hill. We forget that a strong foundation should be built first. Our first thoughts are of the finish line, and winning the race. In this race for the top; a majority will push, shove, kick, ignore the person who is having difficulty keeping up. We drive our cars, like we are on the Indianapolis 500. If you break down...forget about it...no one stops to help.
We need to remember where we came from...honor our parents...honor our peers...honor and respect our elders. And so it is with God we need to remember him, by treating all those around us with honor and respect because each one of us carries God within ourself. We may not recognize the God within ourself or our peers; but he is there. For all Life is Good and God is Love.

Today is not the same as yesterday. It may look the same, and you may be dealing with the same or similar projects. But today is different. The flowers that were only buds yesterday, have already started to open to scatter the seeds of tomorrow.
Life is a process, and in this process each individual soul, learns something new. Each day is a new clean page; you can write your new thoughts and you can change your plan. Yesterday you said, " I will wear the blue dress; but instead you chose the pink one today." We can direct change...we can go in a different direction...we can forgive the past mistakes...we can.
Each of us can be a force of goodness and change in our world, as small or as large as it is. We can FORGIVE....first ourself and then all of our friends and family....we can!
LOVE NOTES #4 : The Word
ReplyDeleteby Roseann Procopio on Sunday, June 5, 2011 at 11:13am
Many years back I sat in a Meditation Class and listened to my teacher expound about the word. She went on and on about this word, and my mind kept asking: "What is this Word?" But she never ever told us the magic "WORD!" I never asked, I thought maybe I just wasn't paying ATTENTION to her speech. She keep saying there is POWER in the WORD. What word, what power?
It is some 30 years later and I have finally found the answer, which I will share with all of you. The power of the word is simple. All thoughts have energy and power. As you speak the word..."lanquage" things come into your vibrational field. You manifest the thing that you think or say, especially say. Jesus told us to watch, every thought, every word, every deed. Your Soul is the Keeper of all of your life's deeds...every second that you exist here on Earth, you yourself are photographing, recording all your events of this Life. After you pass over, leave this physical existence you get to watch your Life History. You feel and see any pain that you gave knowingly or unknowingly to any living creature. You will feel Good Or Bad, depending on the events you get to witness about yourself. You are the main character in your Life...you get the applauds or the tears or the congratulations for the deed which you have done.
We Judge ourself in the end! We punish ourself, too! Be thankful for all the Good that you do and continue to do good things here while you can.
The FINAL Judgement does not come from yourself because we are incapable to JUDGE correctly. So that comes from GOD.
LOVE NOTES # 5: The Law of Karma
ReplyDeleteby Roseann Procopio on Monday, June 6, 2011 at 8:53pm
The number five signifies "KARMA". Karma can be good or bad; it is the result of an action/reaction. I'm sure this word has been thrown back and forth a lot lately, and most people here understand what Karma is.
You are the sum total of all your thoughts, words, and deeds. The action produces the reaction. According to Sanskrit you travel from life to life making amends or receiving rewards in thousands of lifes as a result of your actions in past experiences.
This would really put you on a treadmill, always trying to get better. Many call this the Wheel of Life! So how do we get off this seemingly endless cycle? My thought is by practices doing works of service to all of humanity. This can be in very simple acts of charity...treating ones neighbor with respect and kindness. First you are put into a family...this is your first duty to treat each person with love, by not getting hurt by each other. Practice right speaking...watching your tone of voice. Stopping yourself when you see you are ready to BLOW up. I have a hard time with this aspect of speaking. My voice is usually pitched nice to friends; but family look out the volcano is "ready to explode"...
Try not to hold on to the past, wake up each morning with a new idea. A new outlook on living..make each moment count. Remembering that this too shall pass. Laughter can also be a front runner of how to avoid problems; providing ofcourse that the other person is in on the joke. Perhaps the biggest JOKE of all is that there is no such thing as the Law of Karma. Wouldn't that be interesting.
On a positive note: Karma can be circumvented by The LAW of GRACE..
Love Notes #6: The Law of Grace
ReplyDeleteby Roseann Procopio on Tuesday, June 7, 2011 at 8:57am
In numerology the number six signifies: service to humanity. To effect the Law of Grace the soul needs to be totally directed to doing works of service to all of humanity. To name a few of these souls I would first name Mother Teresa, Blessed Pope John Paul the Great, Albert Einstein, Abraham Lincoln, there are many more but that is my judgement which ofcourse we are not in position to know or to judge another's soul growth or what real good they did in their lifespan. The beggar down the street whose name is unknown to you, may infact be a soul on the pathway of grace.
Grace is like a piggy bank of goodness and the soul draws from it when the situation arrives, or deposits when good is created by the soul. Deposits and withdrawals are made in your lifetime. Grace can also be called the Harmony or Balancing of your deeds.
Grace can also be built up by prayer. As you pray for yourself, your family and friends, your world family you deposit more coins in your piggy bank. This prayer must be an unselfish one, not a Father gimme prayer. The words you say must be said in a meaningful way. A prayer recited just for the sake of saying does not count. If you read that prayer from your prayer book concentrate on the meaning of the words...if your mind is trying to figure out what your going to do this weekend or later in the day. It is not concentrating on the receiving or sending pure thought. (It doesn't count.)
Grace is bestowed on the soul, it is a Gift from God to you for honorable service to him. I repeat: Grace is bestowed on the soul, it is a Gift from God to you! So my beloved practice these words and see if you can store up benefits for your soul on its sojour here on earth.
LOVE NOTES # 7: Forgiveness
ReplyDeleteby Roseann Procopio on Monday, June 13, 2011 at 9:21pm
To forgive is divine. The first thing to do to acheive forgiveness is to forgive yourself. When you forgive yourself the rest of the world will become a better place to live in. You will become a fountain of joy to behold.
Forgiveness comes from you...you forgive and God who is and always will be has already forgiven. If you do not forgive yourself first...you are stuck in that thought and become separated from God who is LIFE. Forgiveness allows the soul to continue on its chosen path...to move forward, so to speak. If you do not FORGIVE you are stuck in that thought pattern and can not break free.
So you see how important forgiveness is in your pattern of energy. All thoughts create energy, some are beneficial to your growth others slow you down and it may take many lifetimes to change your energy level. So why waste precious time..imposing obstacles to your growth in the here and now. Refresh your thoughts and cleanse them by the simple act of Forgiveness. As you reflect on your daily activities...work on your forgiveness. It is nice to let the other person know that you forgave them; but it isn't necessary by your act alone, by your thought, you have released them and yourself from the action.
LOVE NOTES #8: The Universal Laws
ReplyDeleteby Roseann Procopio on Tuesday, June 14, 2011 at 11:39am
The nature of the universe is seen in the physical realm and in the spiritual realm As above so it is below. What happens in the heavens effects what happens in your physical body. You are the Universe, you are the spark of LIFE, you live here on this Earth spaceship, because you grew out of its matter. Your spirit body belongs the the unseen Universe it manifested itself on this world to continue the Life cycle...to enhance creativity. When our natural life here ends our matter or clay will be given back to the soil. The YOU that exists will travel in its Soul Body to the point of its origin. There you will review your earth experiences and you will know what you have or have not accomplished in this lifespan.
In 1971, when I delivered my third child, I had an AWAKENING or NDE (Neardeath Experience). It was so vivid and the memory has remained with me. I saw bold living dates appear, the dates of the last two deliveries of my girls, then the current date appeared October 9, 1971. Next I found myself traveling thru the Universe...stars all around me...I traveled into a trine of three stars and found myself sitting at a desk talking to an ethereal cloud, that kept changing appearances it finally stopped and I saw the Face of Jesus. We talked; but my mind was on the birth of my son and the Joy I had in my heart and all I could think of "this is only a dream..I will wake up and see my son...Thank you Lord!" I heard HIM say to me " you will be returning but ONLY FOR A SHORT TIME and then you will return here to me AND ALL THINGS SHALL BE ACCOMPLISHED!" I then felt myself falling or traveling back to my body..saying to myself I must not forget this trip. When I awoke I saw my baby and I was so full of happiness I felt I could jump up and dance with JOY. Then my doctor arrived and said to me," that's it for you...No more babies". He never explained why; but I knew I had literally left the physical realm and my body behind.
Many people have had these things happen to them...some have forgotten about the event and others try not to talk about them for FEAR of being called CRAZY.
That was my moment in the Universe, and I share it with you.
LOVE NOTES #9: Mastering Your Emotions
ReplyDeleteby Roseann Procopio on Tuesday, June 21, 2011 at 8:14pm
The number nine is a master number. It is 3 plus 3 plus 3. We will use this number to speak about becoming a master of your emotional body. Your emotional body is not your spiritual body or your earthly body; but the storage area of your thoughts and idea's. So it is that you must master your emotions; so that you can progress here on earth and be witnesses to all that happens around you. You are not to become a robot, without any emotions; but become a human being capable of showing the proper emotion to deal with all that life brings into your realm of learning. If you became a doctor and went hysterical at the sight of blood and broken bones...of what good could you be as a doctor. If you became a psychologist and lost your temper listening to the outpouring of emotions from your client...of what good could you do for that person's sanity. The answer is absolutely "nothing". So you must master the "nothing".
This can be acheived by remembering that nothing can be lost in the universe...things can be "changed" into other things but nothing can become LOST.
So you first begin by changing yourself. Changing how you view the events around yourself. Changing how you react to the events around yourself. How do you do this?....by doing nothing! View your events...do not react...do not let someone tease you into reacting. Do not explode with anger or try to get back at them. Do nothing! In Zen this is taking the middle road. React like a willow tree...gently swaying in the storm; not as the big Oak that has it branches broken off by the twisting of the winds. Bless those that curse you, walk away if someone strikes at you. The greatest Master of All taught this, to me his name was Jesus.
Transmute your reactions...by doing NOTHING. This may take your whole lifetime to master this and some, like myself, are still trying to master our emotions. To help to facilitate this lesson...start a meditative practice...start with a five minute downtime and graduate to a full hour.
LOVE NOTES #10: ATONEMENT & THE LAW OF ATTRACTION
ReplyDeleteby Roseann Procopio on Saturday, June 25, 2011 at 11:20pm
The number ten denotes completion, 5 + 5 = 10... or 1 + 0 = 1. However you read the numbers it signifies a circle. A circle is complete within itself. It has an outer ring and the inner ring. One in One. GOD is One in One..a complete being..no one can add to God or subtract from what God IS. God is all in all. God exists in every living thing, God is Life itself. Without God we would not be, this Universe would not be, we would be Nothing. But God does exist because we exist and the Universe is full of action, full of Life. Full of the essense of God. Our Life Force! Or as Star Wars said, "May the Force be with You!" A little space humor.
At-one-ment the act of being One. Christ Consciousness is also that which puts you on the Path of Atonement. Thru the simple knowledge of Oneness the Earth can be saved. Alright some will say it is already saved. In Catholic Theology, The Doctrine of Atonement is the satisfaction of Christ, whereby God and the world are reconciled or made to be One.
To be at peace within yourself is to attract peaceful ideas and people into your circle of friends. To use the Law of Attraction you must first envision that which you want to attract. My father, Sal Vaspol, use to tell me when I was a young woman. " If you want to attract guys into your life...make sure you hang out with the pretty girls." That came from my "Old World Italian Father". Did I listen to him, you bet I did. Sometimes Fathers have the best ideas. Our Father, has a plan for all of us here, if we listen to him. He would like each of us to experience peace and harmony on our world. He gave us all of the Truths, not to just his "chosen" people, whomever they are, but to all of us, his children. These are not guarded "secrets" but information freely given to those that look into their "heart" and give and receive his Love. So to have peace, one must be peace. Be one with all that is. Be the bird that flys above and the ant that crawls on the surface. Be One as God is One with Us.
